2.) Blake Wheeler (vs. STL): 19.33 %

5.) Johan Franzen (vs. MTL): 5.69 %
Keep voting on line, as they say in Chicago vote early and vote often. Also, a nice honor for the WCHA, two of their former players are in the top two right now for goals of the season.
I went to the site to vote for Oshie but after watching the clips I had to (and it pains me to say it) vote for Ovechkin. Oshie's goal was fantastic, but Ovechkin's was incredible. He scored it from his stomach, for cripe's sake. Taking nothing from Oshie or the other nominees (although, how is Wheeler's goal in 2nd place of those 5?), but Ovechkin's goal was almost inhuman.
ReplyDeleteCall me a homer but I have voted for Oshie. I would rather like to see one of the WCHA boys win it than some Euro show boat. I am sure some Boston and Minnesota Gopher fans voted for Wheeler. I think the Wheeler goal was pretty good as well.
