Blackhawks games are all on VERSUS.

According to the Chicago Blackhawks offical page all of the Hawks games will be on Versu. That means Sioux fans will be able to watch all of Jonathan Toews on Versus. In Grand Forks, ND that is channel 309 and 69 on your Midco dial.

  1. Dude, it's not just about Toews in Chicago. They're a fun team to watch with all their youthful prowess. Yes, he's the captain, but there's more to it. Patrick Sharp is a very dynamic player and Dustin Buff-lin (not going to attempt the spelling) throws his weight around and he's from Minneapolis. Then there's a guy like Adam Burish, former Badger that played on that top line with Pavelski and Earl in 2006 when they won the national title. This is going to be a great series. Bad blood boiled over at the end of the regular season when Bufflin cross-checked Luongo and a huge scrum took place afterwards. How about the Devils melting down in the last 1:17 of regulation last night in game 7 at home???

  2. Ya the only reason I watch Hawk's games is due to the 32rd youngest Captain in the NHL EVER.. Tazer is legit, and a swell guy outside the rink..

Plus, I love it how the Blues screwed the pooch on picking EJ over Towes.. I mean really?? EJ < JT

As far as the other hawks, Kaner is a whiny lil biatch, Soupy is a lil soft, burish is a badger pest, Buff is buff a funny guy (thats what it sounds like when you say it fast after having a few too many brews up in the bud light zone)...

I could go on and on, but since it's Goon's World, and were just playing in it, I'll just use one word:

    Toewsistheamanbeast

    Which encompasses 2 words:

    Go SIOUX! :)

  3. BrettB you can proceed because you were playing to the choir. This past first round had some of the best hockey that I have seen in a long time.

  4. What about Ver Steeg? He led the Hawks in scoring in the first round and is a Calder Trophy finalist!

Evidently one of the routes to success in the NHL these days is to be really, really bad for a number of years and stack up on high draft picks. It worked for Ottawa a number of season ago, it's worked for the Penguins for a few seasons currently, and now it's beginning to work in Chicago.
