I saw this God awful hockey jersey over on Puck Daddy I am going to say I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that thing. First it is dissing the great 8 Alex Ovechkin and second its a Crapitals jersey. Two wrongs don't make a right. Talk about the cult of personality. Yesh!
You also have to wonder if this clowns ears are cold he is wearing a stocking cap in doors.
You also have to wonder why he was stupid enough to waste $200 on that piece of crap. There was a guy up here in Houghton who had a Seawolves jersey with "Palin" on the back before the elections though :P

ReplyDeleteIt's a crappy jersey, but dissing Ovechkin isn't true. "08" sets it apart. If it was "8" instead of "08" I would at least somewhat agree with you.
ReplyDeleteAt least the person with Obama on it, the jersey will have more lasting power (although not that much more) than the person who had Palin on one. Then again should Palin become President some day they'll have equal staying power.
Then again I'm almost always against "faux hockey jerseys" (three example links for you). The only exception I can think of is the "gopher hater" Bulldog jersey I've seen around the DECC.
