I can't remember the last time I have seen so many polls, hockey and political over the course of one month. Thank God the election is over tomorrow, or should we say that voting is over tomorrow, we could be counting votes (dimpled chads, hanging chads) till January.

Interesting! I think there are way too many EZAC teams in the top 20, Cornell hasn't played a game yet and are ranked 17th. Give me a break. Also, UMD cracks the top 20. So if we look at this poll we to believe that Vermont is better than UMD. Yeah ok.

ReplyDeleteReally who honestly thinks a team is better then another when that team hasn't even played yet!?!?
I bet about half the voters actually watch A college hockey game every week, and they all are Hockey East or EZ league teams..
Although it is funny to hear that some teams hang the papers in the locker room when they make a poll!
I guess maybe they do it to help those teams pat eachother on the back?
I wonder about that one as well.
ReplyDeleteLast weekend I was able to see C.C. and DU, MSU-M and UMN and I did manage to see Niagra and Maine play but the game put to sleep so I stopped watching it.
DU and C.C. were the better teams of that list of teams that I watched play this week. Both teams are good but not unbeatable. I don't UND is that far off, they have to get the Defense to start playing defense and they will be fine.
All you Princeton haters need to settle down. They've dominated two Canadian University teams already AND Brown, they've pretty much already made reservations for their hotel in D.C.
