The Buffalo Sabres won a second game in a row where they had to come from behind to get the win. This time the Sabres late game heroics came at the expense of the Minnesota Wild, this in over time. How ironic that the Sabres beat both my favorite teams in back to back games and get a goal from a Gopher Thomas Vanek as well as a Former Fighting Sioux hockey Drew Stafford.

The Thomas Vanek goal was also assisted on by Drew Stafford, this was the goal that tied the game, sending it to over time.
