Here is a novel idea that Bruce M. McLeod and Greg Shepherd could consider enacting. If one of your refs doesn't call something that is supposed to be called or one your official misses a call, or God forbid does a poor job officiating a game maybe just maybe you could consider suspending that official, causing him to miss his next assignment.
