This is why I like the shootout

I hear a lot of people railing against the shootout and how some people don't
want to see NCAA Division one hockey to adopt the shootout across the board
well it is goals/moves like this that make the shootout an exciting option for me.

I recommend listening to the podcast from INCH this week they discuss the much maligned shootout. I had the pleasure of listening to this pod cast last night while I was out walking my dog and I have to admit that the discussion was interesting and hit a lot of the issues that have been discussed in the last year.

Personally I like the shootout and I think "the shootout" is eventually going to be the way to settle hockey games, just my humble opinion.
