Happy Memorial Day

Personally, Memorial Day is one of my favorite holidays – Memorial Day is a day for reflection and an opportunity to honor our fallen heros – we should also not forget that freedom is not free – freedom comes with an expensive price tag.

As the editor Goon’s World; I would like to take this time to honor our nation’s veterans that gave their life in defense of this great nation, we should never forget. Also, if you get the chance today thank a veteran for his service to our country.

Goon's World would like to thank the men and women serving their country in the military over seas and at home. It is this blogger's opinion that freedom does not come free. These colors do not run nor do they surrender.

Memorial Day

As we celebrate the memorial day weekend, lets not forget the Men and Women fighting overseas in harms way to defend this great nation. This weekend is about honoring sacrifices, as you know freedom is not free. Many people gave their lives protecting our nations freedoms we enjoy today, like the freedom of speech. As a veteran I would like to thank those fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan and those standing watch at our nations military bases around the world. Thank you for your service, you are not forgotten.
