This weekend's action between the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux 1-3-0 and the Wisconsin Badgers 0-5-1 in the grand scheme of things might actually prove to be a pivotal game for both teams. You want your team to win now so you don't have to worry about every win and loss later on in the season. Even though it is early in the season the Fighting Sioux do not want to go 1-5-0. It would be a big hole for them to dig themselves out of.
Anything less than 2 points for either team this weekend could end up being very devastating in the grand scheme of things, however, if you go on past history it would appear that the Sioux don't really get interested in winning before the first of the year. I would like to see this trend change.
