Sioux are positively going in the right direction.

I didn't cover the positives last night because my fellow classmates and I were having a party and its tough to write after a few margaritas. I think there is much to be positive about. Here are a few of the postive points as I see it.

~Since starting out the season 0-3 the Sioux are 8-5-1.

~Mario Lamoureux scored his first goal as a Fighting Sioux.

~Ryan Martens career points total before this season was 4-15-19 this season he is 7-6-13 already. Martens has 8 points in his last three games (4-4-8). Can we say on fire.

~A win against a tough WCHA opponent and the Sioux get their WCHA season record to 5-5-1.

~With the Win last night Brad Eidsness is now 8-5-1 GAA 3.63 and SV% .913.

~The Sioux are now 4-3-0 at home.
