NWHL Player Safety Suspends Molly Engstrom 1 Game
History has been made, the National Women's Hockey League has assessed it's first ever suspension. Connecticut Whale defenseman, Molly Engstrom has been assessed a one-game suspension for this needless punch to Buffalo Beauts defenseman, Meghan Duggan's head.
There's another story line here. Both players are former Badgers and former USA Women's Olympic hockey players. Both were on the 2010 team that won a silver medal.
