Analysis:Awesome to see BSU getting some deserved love in the national polls. I wonder if the WCHA can take credit for UNO and BSU for this season if they make the NCAA's? I think it's a big joke that Cornell lost the USDT Under 18 team and hasn't played a game year and is listed as high as 6th in a few polls.
Man, what's with Dumbver being above us?

ReplyDeleteIt's simple. DU is in a major metropolis, with a large media contingent.
UND is in a 'backwater' state, no major metropolis and a small media contingent.
Plus, the Pioneers already caved and changed their logo/mascot...
Funny the USA today has the Sioux ranked second. I think it's a big joke that Cornell lost the USDT Under 18 team and hasn't played a game year and is listed as high as 6th in a few polls.
ReplyDeleteCornell being ranked is a joke. Bemijdi being ranked is also a joke. St Cloud taking 3 points from Duluth and not getting in the rankings is also a joke. Denver is a better team than North Dakota, but it'll be some great hockey when they play each other this season.
ReplyDeleteCornell played all it's freshman, at least 3 of whom won't even dress for games come the regular season. Further, it's only exhibition, when you try wacky new lines and schemes.
