ReplyDeleteGeese DD...I don't think having AA only winning one more game is too outlandish. After all, out of their last 20 games (that would be 2 1/2 months worth of games), they've only managed to win 3 games. Teams outplay other teams and lose all the time. I know that at least a few of the Sioux's 7 losses, the winning team was outplayed by the Sioux.
ReplyDeleteAs far as being stoned...you must get some pretty good shit up in Alaska. I think you were the one predicting (as late as last week) that your team could/would secure a 1st round home playoff series.
Obviously AA is a lot better than their record shows. Perhaps if they played in the CHA, they'd be no worse than in 6th place right now.

Now here is something I noticed. Both MTU and Mankato, after being swept by the Sioux, went on to getting 3-pts and 4-pts respectively this weekend. We'll see if that trend continues when Anchorage plays MTU this weekend in Alaska. If this trend holds, it is bad news for MTU this weekend. Sorry MeG :( But at least your Huskies got some good pts this past weekend.

ReplyDeleteMeG, you should expect more from your team than a split. Don't settle for mediocracy, you have to go big, you always want your team to get sweeps. If you only "hope" for splits, you can't get upset as much when they lose. If you "hope" for sweeps and then your team loses, then you can get down right *(&^*(&^*^.
