I also proved to Donna that I did not jinx the UMD Bulldogs but I some how must have given the Huskies and Mavericks some bad mojo because I was pulling for them as well.

ReplyDeleteThere are some familiar faces there again (UND, DU, MN) and two others that posted impressive sweeps this past weekend (UW, UMD). I was at Mariucci to watch the second game between SCSU and MN, and the Huskies looked a lot better than they did the night before, yet they still lost 3-0. Goldy's defense was good, and Kangas, although not tested greatly, was steady. Time to be a Bulldogs fan from here on on out...
Life is good today, I have to work 2 1/2 days this week and then I am off to go to the Hockey Mecca for this weekends celebration. Life is very good right now.

ReplyDeleteOh there is going to be a few beverages consumed this weekend. I am rooming with Sioux7 aka Donn and we are bringing the blender and the fat tuesday mixes.
ReplyDeleteWe also have one of our old college buddies coming as well. Should be fun. There is a big get together at Magovern's on Thursday as well... Come to think of it my brother in law is going to be down there as well.
