Well its just about time for another addition of the Sioux versus the (dirty) Golden Gophers again (Barring any major upsets of either team) along with this upcoming game (hopefully) the University of Minnesota again brings back their stellar goaltender Kellin Briggs who had just been lit up like a Christmas Tree during the WCHA Final Five. I know the past weekend means nothing to Gopher fans but face it Briggs is a great big Sieve (to take a phrase from the Gophers pep band) that isn't worthy of sniffing Hauser's dirty jock.
I don't think anyone is getting a head of themselves, I was actually basing this analysis based on last weekends play. 11 goals in two games is not very good. 0-4 in two final fives, not really very good.
ReplyDeleteWell, I noticed no one has come back and refuted my claim of Briggs being a sieve. I really liked the 3 HC goal that one was classic.
